Each class features cardio (high and low-impact), strength/resistance, and stretch/basic yoga cooldowns, all set to a (hopefully) non-crappy soundtrack of pop, hip-hop, punk, hardcore, and electronica. No experience is necessary, and all skill levels are accepted and appreciated!
